Video Campaign | Brookdale Senior Living

Choosing a senior living community is one of the most important decisions patients and families make, but providers are often hesitate to recommend one. This project focused on giving them a reason to.

Providers play a major role in where patients go next—but when it comes to senior living, many don’t feel equipped to make strong recommendations.

This work with Brookdale aimed to change that. The goal was to shift the conversation from lifestyle alone to something more complete: senior living as a continuation of care, with real impact on long-term health.

From that starting point, we developed a video campaign specifically for physicians. The idea was to show both sides of the equation—what patients notice day to day, and what providers need to see to feel confident referring.

Each video connected everyday experiences at Brookdale—social interaction, activities, on-site support—to clear health benefits like managing chronic conditions, staying on top of medications, and reducing the risk of injury.

Rather than relying on hospitality-driven messaging, the campaign focused on giving providers concrete reasons to trust Brookdale as part of a patient’s care plan.

It ultimately helped reframe how their communities are understood—less as a lifestyle choice, and more as a setting that supports better outcomes.
