Choosing a senior living community is one of the most important decisions patients and families make—yet providers often hesitate to recommend one. This project focused on giving them a reason to.
Providers play a critical role in where patients go next—but when it comes to senior living, they often lack the information or confidence to make strong recommendations.
This project focused on helping Brookdale reframe that conversation—positioning their communities not just as lifestyle-driven, but as an extension of care that supports better health outcomes.
Working from this insight, we developed a video campaign targeted specifically to physicians. The concept balanced two perspectives: what patients are drawn to (amenities, lifestyle, community) and what providers care about (clinical quality, safety, and long-term health benefits).
We created a series of videos that paired everyday experiences at Brookdale—like socialization, activities, and on-site services—with their direct health impact, including chronic condition management, medication oversight, and injury prevention.
The campaign was designed to move beyond hospitality messaging and build clinical credibility—giving providers clearer, more actionable reasons to feel confident recommending Brookdale to their patients.
The result is a more focused, B2B-driven narrative that aligns lifestyle with outcomes—helping shift perception and strengthen referral relationships.
