This speculative campaign explores a partnership between Airbnb and 4ocean to reimagine travel as a force for environmental good. Built around the growing demand for ethical and experience-driven tourism, the concept invites travelers to give back to the places they visit—turning meaningful trips into measurable impact.

Visually and conceptually, the campaign moves away from traditional travel advertising and instead highlights real moments of impact—pairing scenic, aspirational imagery with tangible action. The result is a system that feels both inspiring and grounded in purpose.

To extend the idea beyond digital and print, the campaign introduces a flagship, fully carbon-neutral Airbnb “Eco House.” Designed using sustainable materials and powered by renewable energy, the space serves as both a functional stay and a storytelling platform. Guest experiences and user-generated content from the property would be promoted, extending reach.

Together, the campaign positions Airbnb not just as a platform for travel, but as a leader in shaping a more responsible future for tourism.

Travelers today are seeking more than just a place to stay—they’re looking for experiences that feel authentic, meaningful, and aligned with their values. At the same time, interest in ecotourism and responsible travel continues to grow. This project explores how Airbnb could expand its Experiences platform through a partnership with 4ocean, creating opportunities for travelers to actively contribute to environmental restoration.

The idea centers on integrating hands-on, locally led experiences—such as beach cleanups and conservation efforts—directly into the travel journey. By participating, travelers not only explore new destinations, but leave them better than they found them.
